Get a Scene Drop
20% of every Drop goes directly to the scene. Every €1,000 accumulated from those purchases flows to one independent musician or band as a formal Sponsoring payment — tracked to the cent, published publicly. We don't buy ads. The 20% is where the ad budget goes.
Not CSR. Not charity. Studio time for independent musicians. In return: one labelled post ([Werbung] / [Anzeige]) on the platform of your choice. That is the full agreement.
This is a Sponsoring (Sponsoringvertrag under German law), not a donation or grant. The counter-performance is real; so is the deductibility.
Who qualifies
The pool is open to any independent artist making original music. No minimum listeners. No maximum. If you make original music and nobody's funding your tour, you're the right fit.
When you're selected, we check five things: you're not on a major label, you've released something in the last 18 months, we can reach you, you haven't been funded before, and the URL you submitted is actually you. That's the full list. If one of those isn't true, we move to the next artist — no hard feelings.
The five criteria

Independent
Self-releasing or on an indie label without a label advance or institutional marketing budget. Not signed to a major or major-owned subsidiary (Universal, Sony, Warner and their imprints).

Active
Released or publicly posted music within the last 18 months.

Reachable
Public contact on your submitted URL is functional. We need a response within 5 business days of selection.

First time
Has not received a Scene Drop before.
- 05
Real
Your submitted URL is music you made and own the rights to.
If you're selected, we'll reach out via the public contact on your submitted URL — keep it current. If we can't reach you within 5 business days, we move to the next artist in the pool.
A reroll only happens when a selected artist fails one of these published criteria. No other reason. Scene Drop is a Sponsoring, not a lottery.
